So also the manufactory Eberhard & Co. comes from the picturesque country in the Alps, more precisely from La Chaux-de-Fonds, where it was founded in 1887 by Georges Emile Eberhard. From the beginning, the company specialized in chronographs, the first pocket model was put on the market even in the first year. With its mix of outstanding quality and exceptional design, the company became more successful, and due to its accurate precision in 1919 eventually becoming the official supplier of the Royal Navy of Italy. In addition, Eberhard & Co. developed the first stopwatch with two buttons, which made possible for the first time, a start and stop without reset.
